This volume of The Curio represents a year of discovery & development in Thanet. I have documented beautiful & interesting spaces, incredible heritage & architecture, amazing people who live & work in one of the most vibrant of seaside locations & things that might otherwise go unnoticed. Each & every day I discover something new – for a small place there is a lot to talk about, to be proud of & to look forward to.

There are still many more opportunities for The Curio, but after a year long project it is time for a break. Motherhood awaits me and I need to prepare! But I have a new list of features building up so hopefully I will be back to share more Thanet inspiration in 2014
